Pros
The agents at Living Room are great to work with: they are kind, creative, generous, and fun. The staff while I was there was also a great team who supported one another and helped each other to grow and achieve. Unlimited PTO allows staff to take sick days without fear of running out, and to go on vacation occasionally.
Cons
Management is more concerned with image than with integrity, and doesn't respond well to criticism, feedback, or requests for support from staff. There is no HR or structure for advancement, and staff are expected to be grateful enough to work for Living Room that they don't ask for formal reviews or performance or cost-of-living raises. Pay is low and the "unlimited time off" policy is used as a stand-in for all other benefits. Staff are universally overworked and undermanaged. Chaos is the driving force.
