1. High impact and flat hierarchy, get to work on really visible features 2. Good work culture, people are (for the most part) willing to pair, share knowledge, and don't blame each other
Cons
1. Lots of bureaucracy 2. Higher level managers pivot project priorities, can be really frustrating to work on one thing and then be told something else is higher priority
