Pros
Great benefits and some excellent co-workers. Additionally, depending on the department, you can end up with some experienced, competent leaders.
Cons
The C Suite is filled with too many “yes” people and is overly focused on cost savings when there are some fundamental process and product issues that should be addressed first. Engineering has weak leadership and there are some serious issues in terms or reporting structures.
