-Lots of incompetent middle- and lower-level managers -Promotions and career advancement are nonexistent unless (or when) someone with more experience than you gets the axe -No respect for experience or areas of expertise in management -Most management is either ignorant or doesn’t care about industry best practices -This company regularly axes the best employees with the most experience, then will hire someone from the outside with no idea what they are doing as a replacement -Tons of ageism here. Don’t work here if you are over 40. You will be axed. -Micromanagement abounds here -Dissenting voices are not welcome -This company had great culture once. The culture is dead. Everyone lives in fear of layoffs. And rightly so. It’s a hire and fire company,
