This place is an absolute disaster. The product is cool, however there are no systems in place of any kind. They make insane changes often that cause major upheavals with support and clients and then everyone scrambles and argues in meetings like children. All which could be avoided if there was even a tiny bit of leadership. There is no training and you will be left at the mercy of some untrained employee who may or may not have good communication skills. You will have to beg for training calls, and if you have questions you will be regret asking. Management is nearly non-existent it’s like if “lord of the flies” was a company. This company has every resource they need to be successful but because nobody knows what’s going on EVER, they will continue to misuse resources and spin their wheels “fixing” things that aren’t even broken. My time here felt like a fever dream and even though I’ve spent many years in tech and have even experienced layoffs, I’ve never felt more compelled to encourage prospective employees or clients to avoid this place like a plague. From being left at the mercy of someone who was cold and irritable towards me, to a person insinuating I couldn’t understand a concept or a task that wasn’t given to me, and my “manager” not intervening in a way that made sense, this job was an amalgamation of everything that could go wrong at once in a short amount of time. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews but this was an experience I am completely unwilling to keep to myself.
