Pros
-Freelancers that are on their roster can expect consistent calls especially if you are open to learn.
-Good snacks.
-Willing to train you, but be warned that in a show situation you will most likely pushed out of your station, literally, if something goes wrong instead of trained properly.
Cons
-The management struggles to relate to the people that work for them as they too are in way over their heads. As such, a work/life balance is often scoffed at and 6 day work weeks are a reality, without compensation.
-The turnover here is frighteningly high for full time staff. 17 people in less then 12 months, in the middle of a pandemic. Let that speak for itself.
-There is sexism rooted here to a point that many of the female staff are often passed over for lead producer roles with clients to less experienced men. That doesn't include accounts since that team is made up almost entirely of women.
-It should also be noted there was an active complaint with the Department of Labor for underpaying the fulltime staff without providing overtime pay. This has been rectified to the industry minimum.
