No pros at all for this firm. Newbies to the industry will stay, people who know how other ID firms operate will never stay on in this firm. Experienced people are only attracted to Livspace for the initial perks and benefits. If not, everything about the company is bad.

- To all customers thinking of engaging Livspace: Good luck with getting your project on time/ at all. No contractors in the industry are loyal to livspace. What is left for Livspace is contractors of poor quality and no commitment, as no other company in the ID industry engages these contractors, these scrapes are left for Livspace. Reason why no good contractor wants to work with Livspace is its insane payment process, the company owes tens of thousands of dollars at the time of this writing. - To all prospective IDs intending to join Livspace: Good luck with getting your contractors to move, you will be hounded by customers for not completing the project on time, and worse still with poor quality. Hounded by contractors for livspace's slow payment. Bombarded with unnecessary paperwork and processes (Imagine this, before a contractor even comes in to site, PO needs to be raised, and PO needs some lead time, then once PO is obtained, then contractor comes in to do the work, then after completion, Invoice needs to be submitted. Repeat this 2 steps for all the contractors involved in the project. And not forgetting the constant chasing of finance/ other departments for the PO/ payments)
