Pros
As at many places some of the staff doing the actual work are good people. Like working in one big nerd-filled IT department, tiresome.
Cons
#peoplematter: in a fake, happy clappy way. Just like if someone keeps repeating he's a "good guy, honest!" it puts your back up. Good companies don't have to put on that rubbish. Management and cowboy sales people routinely bite off more than they can chew, promise the earth and then exert more and more pressure on staff. Much done in amateurish make-it-up-as-you-go ways which quickly gets frustrating. Paying to park at work, what a joy.
