      very good co-workers, Finance department management very fair and good to work for

      Cons

      upper management played favorites, had knee jerk reactions to outside factors when running the company and didn't give raises to personal unless a favorite. CEO overpaid for size of company

      - Incredible management that empowers you to grow and be successful. - Organizationally, they run an incredibly tight ship. - Good employee and customer communication - OVERALL, they make every effort to be better.

      Cons

      - This is not on them, but my challenges were due more to regulatory issues that slowed processes. - But this 100% not on them.
