Pros
The team members at my store were mostly younger kids, working their first jobs. Most were so willing to learn and wanted to be helpful. I miss them all the time. They were the hardest workers there.
Cons
Management. You dont get any answers, you'll be belittled and put down no matter how hard you work. Once I left they failed 3 audits, but I was constantly told how useless and lazy I was.
