Pros
Flexible schedule to work around other obligations, regular customers who are very friendly and tip well, great coworkers for a fun working environment, constantly kept busy with lots to do - not a boring job. This is a good job to get experience as a supervisor. This can lead you to better opportunities at other companies in the future.
Cons
Low pay unless you stand up for yourself, angry customers over pricing employees do not control, often understaffed when it's busy and overstuffed when it's not, hard to find good staff for minimum wage.
