Pros
5 day week, company car and other benefits. Recently increased 23 days holiday plus bank Holidays. (Althought you work them you need to claim the back.)
Cons
Not paying enough for sales. Other departments service and parts increased but sales salaries haven't increased. Recently increased opening times. So Mon to Thurs 7pm now. In a time when companies are reducing or working on work life balance, this was an backward step. Admin department same salary but do double work as the company recent made 1800 account staff redundant.
