Absolutely not friendly - Merchandising Lites Group Employee Review

This group pride themselves on "commitment" and yet they don't have any themselves. I worked there for 2 years on and off and they absolutely don't care about you or your working conditions. Everyone, part of the upper management and even middle, have favourites and you can tell. They give no notice whatsoever and then expect you to pay for everything yourself. One individual was so unhelpful in training, which I only received one day's notice of, he almost seemed irritated that I was even there learning the job. All In all I would never work for this company again.
