      server for 2years, working environment is chill and clam

      boss had uni q idea on business, but not idea person to manage employee, loyalty employee bcuz its near to their home, also the bonus and increment is decide via (how good you satay the boss)

      Salary on time, and all departments are nice.

      Cons

      New management ruin the harmony in this company, i heard the good staff starting to leave this company. Also i heard some rumors 1 or 2 of the staff got accused for stealing company property without proof and without internal investigation within company and staff, then management directly lodge report to police. Also if you work like cow boss never care about it, all he care is your mistake.

      Good environment, good leader & team.

      Cons

      Always have to fight with warehouse team, sales co is like kambing hitam everyday. Busy, no proper training for each product
