      Good company culture overall, good people to work with, small company with good values and a good mission.

      Cons

      Very close-knit, sometimes to a fault. A bit disorganized and easy to follow at points. Constantly changing and evolving.

      Great Leadership- Execs display high emotional intelligence + growth mindset Exciting Projects Flexibility

      Cons

      Contract work is always unpredictable and cyclical, but I find that matches between contractors and projects are thoughtful and intentional in order to best serve the client.
