Pros
Loved working with the rest of the engineering teams. Got the opportunity to work with some really brilliant people and build lasting relationships.
Cons
This company cares more about raising more capital than they care about bringing in revenue. There is no sense of urgency to build a real product or succeed as a startup. They are scraping by each year begging for handouts from investors while leadership contributes almost nothing and pats themselves on the back. Who are LISNR's customers? I worked there for years and have no idea. I've seen them spend ~$20K and hours upon hours of engineering time to support a $10K proof of concept that led to nothing. With effectively no customers and effectively no revenue from customers, you have to wonder what's keeping this place alive. LISNR missed its moment in time where this technology could be impactful. Now the world has reliable bluetooth chips and NFC payment. Nobody wants to fiddle with sound except as an afterthought. I wasn't going to write a review for LISNR here until I saw the fake positive reviews. Typical. Don't fall for it.
