Highly recognized in Quebec - you can proudly say you work there. You can and have to respect the 8:15 to 5:00 everyday. Good for family/life balance. On Fridays we used to finish at 1pm and staff truly respects that.

Management is emotion based. This used to work in the 70's, but in today's competitive world, you need to take decisions based on acurate data and proper analysis. There you barely have access to market information and trends. No feedback from top management: you have to guess what to do and guess if you are doing right or wrong. Small "cliques". It is all about pleasing some few top management, part of the family or almost (staff that started with Mrs Watier).

Um...cheap product. Job can be fun at times

-incedibly disorganized company -will not tax you properly on your pay and say you don't know what you are talking about it you can even get hold of someone -they have incredibly high goals for the West coast based off east coast popularity - no support from your many levels of bosses -submitting paperwork for anything from hours to tax/ new hire paperwork is a complete headache that needs wine. They have literally no clue how to use computers.
