MacBook computer, work/life balance pretty good, direct Manager was helpful and allowed for autonomy in my role.
Cons
Lack of training, poor onboarding experience, low salary, sales job but no commission or bonuses what so ever until 7 months in, no matching 401k.

Surrounded by team members that always go above and beyond to help each other out. Incredibly smart folks at every level. Entrepreneurial spirit through and through.
Cons
Dispersed team located all over the world, but as long as you can leverage tools like zoom, slack, etc easy to stay connected with everyone. Really strong tools for collaboration AND team building / bonding type sync ups always happening.

There are no written pay practices or ethics around equity. Because of this there is pay disparity. New positions were listed at higher salaries than existing employees were making after years of dedication.
