Pros
Number One. It's nice to get leads on a consistent basis and sometimes they're sweet! Don't get me wrong, i still have to hunt regularly, but it's nice getting warm leads. Overall Sales tools accessible through Salesforce, quotes are fairly simple to do. Management is not on my back! I'm allowed to be pretty independent and work in BK or Manhattan. Home if i need to.
Cons
takes a few weeks to learn the business. Sometimes deals stall on client expectations.
