Pros
Tons of talented, driven, and capable people across the board. Shining stars in every department. Great, structured thinking.
Cons
There are some incredibly smart, creative, and capable individuals working here—but unfortunately, the organization’s leadership consistently fails to empower or support them. The executive team is plagued by a mix of micromanagement and neglect, creating an environment where it’s difficult to succeed and even harder to thrive.
Long-standing leaders often talk about the importance of evolution and growth, yet seem unwilling or unable to adopt industry best practices or follow through on internal processes. In just over a year, more than half of the leadership team turned over—a clear sign of deeper organizational issues.
The CEO frequently initiates pet projects that consume significant time and resources but rarely result in meaningful outcomes. These distractions, combined with consistently poor communication, create confusion and waste momentum.
It’s disheartening to see such potential go unrealized due to systemic dysfunction at the top. Until the leadership culture changes, the company will continue to struggle with retention, morale, and execution.
Also- as noted on nearly every review here, the persistence of the abusive, nepotistic client remains as well as it's curious CEO/CMO double billing situation.
