Pros
Faculty and staff are all very warm, caring people and share a common Christian core. The campus is beautiful and includes a cafeteria, food court, post office, gym, and library - all of which are available to employees. Great location (Nashville). Tuition discounts are available for employees and their children, as well as other great benefits. Employees tend to stick around for long periods of time.
Cons
Low salaries (as is common in most private higher education institutions). Many departments are short-staffed. Summers are slow for staff because students are off campus.
