Travel benefits, movie screenings, and great co-workers

Upper management is significantly lacking, with numerous managers demonstrating unprofessional behavior and ongoing issues in their interactions with staff. Unfortunately, senior leadership appears to remain passive and has not taken meaningful action to address or resolve these concerns. The company has high turnover, and loses amazing talent due to horrible management practices.
