Pros

We serve first responders with products that keep them safe. The product is a great product.

Cons

Weak leadership. Most of the leadership team are yes men to the CEO. They do not challenge or push back. As long as you use the right buzzwords you won’t be targeted. CEO is overly concerned about the opinions of a few who have no strategic vision for the company. The strategy seems to change on a whim. Lots of decisions made behind closed doors. HR pretends foster culture with their words, but does the exact opposite in their actions. They tend to inspire fear and compliance rather than collaboration. Mediocre employees who have worked at Lion for years are permitted to stay because of their history or “knowledge” of the company. These same employees tend to keep the rest of the teams down either through sheer incompetence or extreme negativity. Helpful feedback from managers or leadership is minimal, but destructive feedback is spoken behind the scenes.

Pros

Not a one comes to mind besides, I got a paycheck.

Cons

Toxic environment Claim to be transparent but just lie or avoid employee questions/complaints. Make promises to keep you engaged, then rip the carpet out from under you. "Leadership" makes all decisions behind closed doors and then shove it down your throat. Project managers push people.iver the edge with unrealistic deadlines just to keep the project "green" when reporting to Leadership. If you are a pee on, don't expect much more than a paycheck and maybe a donut every now and then. Employee moral stinks! Wont even get a thank you from management. They also can't seem to pay the bills, like consistently employee s are told not to pay anything, for weeks at a time. Tells me there is financial trouble on the horizon.
