The most unprofessional agency I've ever seen. No structured workflow. No clear instructions. Low payments. Toxic atmosphere. If you are looking for a male-dominated place that pushes toxic masculinity and has management that is all about talk, then you found the perfect place. They hire you for one position, and then they tell you that you have to do completely other things. If the management existed in this company, I would call it awful management. MD is always rude, mean, and unfair to employees. Tasks are always unclear or don't make sense. The corporate culture is full of racism, unprofessionalism, lies. The turnover rate is high in the company (every week around 2 employees leaving the place, even though the company is small). They blame employees for leaving instead of finding out the reasons for their departure. They also don't pay the promised money or don't pay at all.
