We remain very excited about the opportunity to make a lasting impact and difference in brain health and need mission driven individuals to help us achieve those goals. We are very sorry to hear that you did not feel respected during your time at Linus and assure you that we take this feedback very seriously. We value each and every team member’s contributions which is one of the reasons why we have an employee recognition program. We will continue to carry out other initiatives and double down on employee focused programs to ensure that we are rewarding individuals for their dedication, success and hard work. Based on your feedback, we will make a concerted effort for leadership, middle management and IC’s to partner and work more closely together to ensure that decisions are being made collectively and that it is not a “top down” approach.
