Pros
Good annual salary, 3-5 times annual bonus, religious holy day bonus, paid leave, notebook ownership program (include macbook pro, a good deal and very cheap installment), nice atmosphere and flexible
Cons
Some departments are hard to change the culture, young talents are underutilized, I know some young people that graduate from a good univ, great attitude and knowledge but stuck in a position that have a very low space for innovation and exposure to new tech and other next level skill
