Cons
First they took “equity” out of DEI. They’ve reduced the “hybrid” schedule to 1 day a week at home the rest in office. Except for accounting and IT because they “need to retain top talent” in those areas. Everyone else is expendable. We used to have remote month in August each year, that’s gone. Replaced with getting off at Noon on Friday (the one work from home day - insert eye roll) instead. We used to have a recognition program called Fond which was great, that’s gone and has been replaced with something much less appealing, people aren’t even using it. Work life balance is nonexistent. Constant changes, secret lay offs, low pay. People are going to food banks and having to use PTO because they don’t have money for gas. Promotions are based on favoritism, not merit or seniority. Pay is not comparable to cost of living in your region.
