Pros
The quality of the people in Lineup is amazing, and they create a positive, supportive, working environment. Lineup is still small enough that your voice is always heard and your ideas are listened to The work is constantly challenging, and ever-changing. You work in a truly international environment, dealing with customers all over the world. The company is growing! That brings challenges, but what a great challenge to have. Salaries seem very good to me, and there is also an annual bonus scheme. But just as important, people get rewarded for doing good work. The company sends out gift baskets, Amazon vouchers, and other 'thank-you's when people go above and beyond. Underlying everything there is a strong focus on 'doing the right thing.' This is straight down from the CEO, and comes up in just about every company meeting.
Cons
It's intense. The constant growth and new challenges aren't for everyone. This is not a company in which you can sit back and cruise. If you can't keep up with the pace it shows up quickly.
