Pros
The product is nice, latest tech stack is used, the team members are always ready to help, WFH option (so far, as far as I understand everyone should relocate to Berlin at some point)
Cons
Hierarchical structure where everyone should accept Chief's opinion, sharing your own vision is taken with aggression. New management team doesn't know what to do and not really interested in the product development, their main goal is to stay in favor of chiefs, obeying all they say and pushing it down to the engineers shoulders. The issue is trying to adjust enterprise approach in start up which brings a lot of stress and at the end of the day it strikethrough all cons, treating employees like a material, I've seen people were downgraded from leads or even fired with no objective reason. Spiders in jar games where same task/responsibility is shared between employees so they compete, the winner is the one who is closer to the Chief of course. And unpaid overtimes is a common thing. It wasn't always like this but thing got worst with new management which made me to update my CV and find a better place
