People * Company chronically under-staffs roles essential to business goals. * Hiring process is not rigorous, takes whoever it can get. Leads to a non-cohesive culture where employees constantly complain about each-other. * Poor compensation in both salary and benefits. Business * Flip-flops on who its customers are and what they're trying to be under the guise of "agile". Won't commit to becoming exceptional at any one thing. * No innovation in a highly saturated market. Relying on a "forgotten gym membership" subscriber base that is steadily dwindling to stay afloat.
