managers are intellectually dishonest. Say one thing about their expectations then do something entirely different. Training was promised, canceled, then made a stipulation of review. Block Communications is chopping heads from top to bottom so nobody wants to teach anyone how to do their job for fear of being replaced. They fired the director of HR right after she hired me. The CEO left the company in January with no replacement ready.
