      Get Many Knowledge, Technical experience, many study case

      Cons

      Workload unequal with salary. Operator have to handle Permit to work, LOTO too, beside have to handle operation. There is no field operator and DCS operator, operator has to handle DCS and field in same time. If there were operator taken leave, it mean number of operator will be less with sama workload

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.
