      Pros

      Good soft benefits - good colleagues, no micromanagement

      Cons

      Poor pay and benefits compared to competition Very long hours during outages - 14-16 hour days are common. Weekend travel is very common. Local plant lack initiative to troubleshoot themselves. There is a severe age disparity. Lots of folks are retiring, while new talent is not being hired.

      Pros

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
