      Good pay and overtime after 8 hrs daily Good saftey culture Saftey supplies provided as needed like boots glasses gloves etc. Basically recession proof work

      Cons

      Micromanagement from upper management and plant manager. Current plant manager is not easy to work with You can make more money with a simple role getting overtime than becoming a manager on salary.
