      Pros

      Benefits are decent and nice co workers from non-management positions.

      Cons

      Management has some under-qualified staff who has a nasty trait of micromanaging and starting unnecessary political fights among departments. Current leadership needs to be replaced and the plant would probably be much better off.

      Highly structured and organized. Management actually will to address safety concerns and financially back projects and initiatives.

      Cons

      None come to mind. I left due to personal reasons.
