terrible upper management, No loyalty to employees. Lay off hundreds of people just because 1 upper manager felt like it. engineers work like slaves. management do not care that you have a family and life outside the company. they think that they own you. if you have plans on a weekend and a plan trips guess what you are canceling your plant and driving 8-9 hours to that plant. its not a job for someone who want to have a family and have less headache.
