      Toxic environment - Purchasing Linde Employee Review

      Pros

      none in the australian division, can't speak for the rest of the group

      Cons

      The australian division is a sinking boat and everyone stopped caring about how to fix the situation because it's impossible so people stay for the money or leave as soon as they find something else.

      Pros

      Scheduling is great for day shift schedules.

      Cons

      Can't use just one hour of PTO. Have to use 4 hours at a time. Raises are far a few between and in order to move up, you have to be friends with that group of people.
