Pros
My coworkers were kind and the customers were generally really happy.
Cons
They gave me a very shady job that I wasn’t allowed to tell the head of the company I had. During training I had to pretend to be a normal CSR. My job was to take all of the Held Sales for a few states and fix each and every one of them. Fighting insurance on bills 2+ years old, telling 80year olds that their O2 has never been covered and they now owe thousands, & arguing with managers in other offices because their workers can’t get their stuff in order was TERRIBLE. All for a normal CSR pay. I saved them THOUSANDS by back billing insurance & wrongly coded accounts. On top of that, I had to do normal CSR work & whatever else they decided their “spy” could do. It was overwhelming & stressful. And don’t ever take a day off for your sick kid(s). God forbid.
