Pros
I worked there a year and didn't come away with any pros. It was really the management of this branch that made it unbearable though.
Cons
The management of this branch had the RT's doing CSR work all day plus expected to keep up with all our own patients and appointments. I myself knew nothing at that time about Medicare or insurance but i was still expected to answer the phones and deal with customers questions about insurance. I had to constantly put angry people on hold to ask for help. Which made them mad at me...i was a respiratory therapist NOT a CSR. If they wanted me to answer the phones as a CSR they should've trained me to do so, which of course they never did. An absolute awful working experience and waste of a year of my life. The call, was too much. RT's had to work call two weekends a month and a day a week. I lived an hour away so i never had a life and was always on the road.
