      Pros

      Some co-workers but overall it is not a thriving environment.

      Cons

      Salary is very low and commissions are nowhere near the amount they tell you in the interview. Goals are hard to reach as the company reputation is very low in the market. Referral sources are hesitant to do business with Lincare. It is basically a constant uphill battle!
