Unreasonable low pay, with unrealistic raises (2-3%) Toxic office environments with clique mentality False promises of training and advancement Unrealistic expectations and work load without proper incentives Anyone who starts after your hire date makes more than you at starting. Teamwork is non existent Corporate expects everyone to worry about corporate profits (quarterly and yearly) but doesn't implement feasible training nor incentive to grow profit Some mandatory weekend work and in some offices that's a 10+ hour day to cook the books Would not recommend anyone to apply to work nor do business with this company
