      Pros

      Large strong company that cares about its pt's. Has good benefits and stability. Good training, teamwork, and local staff and management.

      Cons

      Company has high expectations for work ethic and expects employees to do what is asked of them. Not sure that that is a negative. I worked here for a while and did see some negative employees come and go that were not interested in doing what they were asked and blamed the company for there shortfalls.

      -Autonomy -Able to create own schedule -Friendly environment

      Cons

      -No training or onboarding -Was on-call 2nd week of hiring despite not being trained whatsoever -Everyone trying to push their work onto you despite no support -Long hours
