Pros
-you get to eat the cakes after the photoshoot and sometimes bring it back. -sometimes get to bring some flowers back.
Cons
-Parking is not included in the benefit. Very expensive if you are at Mont Kiara (RM220 monthly) - Not really accessible. For public transport like MRT, you'll need to wait for the bus for quite some time. -No health insurance. Only given RM800 annually to cover optical, dental and medical -No budget eateries around. The average price for food is RM15-RM20 to get decent food. If you want a mixed rice type thing, you'll need to drive out to desa sri Hartamas. -Not Flexible in terms of adapting to the new norms. WFH was for a short period of time. Then everyone was expected to come back into the office. -Culture is quite toxic. Gaslighting was a constant tool of choice to make someone feel less. -As creative you will need to handle multiple brands. Each brand (Flowerchimp, Cakerush and Lyla) is big and are in different markets and requires different sets of creatives. You are expected to just execute and not question. When you do, you are deemed as difficult or problematic. -salary offerings are not competitive. If they can lowball you, they would. -employees are not cherished. jobs security in the company is very fragile. doesn't help that management or any of the leads don't define a clear measurement of what each team needs to achieve. -outside of your own team/department, everyone else is not helpful. quick to blame creatives if anything goes wrong. Reports are shown numbers are low but no clear tips on how to improve. Vague feedback from other team members. the blame game is a strong culture in the company. They don't think as a company but every team for themselves. -Teams weren't diverse. Top management and heads were mostly men. The company wasn't really practising diversity. -Top management micromanages everything even when they claim they don't.
