It has got good accounts to get an exposure, if you have want to have hands on, on execution level, its the agency to be with just to strengthen the portfolio.
Cons
Bad management on regular pay. For them, if you wanna d business, do it on other ppl's money, nil input of capital from directors. Working environment is pathetic, nil motivation, all frustrated faces.
