Pros

1. Free food in office. 2. Good offsites.

Cons

1. No extra pay for working on holidays. Working on Saturday is mandatory without any extra pay which is common in support teams. 2. No manager to manage or handle escalations. CSMs will escalate directly to you and you will have to handle it no matter what time of the day it is. 3. The payment is adequate and management refuses to provide good salary hikes. 4. No way of monitoring individual contribution in the teams which is a must have for support teams. 5. 5 days work from office for support team. Since there is no individual monitoring, you will have to bear the brunt for your teammates poor performance.

Pros

Working at LimeChat has immensely added to my growth journey, as I got ample opportunities for learning, upskilling. Freedom to think differently to get things done. The leadership team is also super transparent about how are things going on etc and their guidance and support for individual growth is highly appreciated. Great thing is: You are appreciated when we have done something great and feedbacks are given when things go wrong. Best management to work with. The culture is also highly collaborative and people are ready to help, share knowledge. The products stand out in the market as its completely on open AI which is the future. In short: If anyone wants to give a boost to their path, its the best place to work at

Cons

Nothing much, as it is a start up there are some things that come up in an ad-hoc way with no processes but yes this is also good as this is a new challenge and learning
