Pros
Managers are understanding, lots of fun challenges. Small company; your input will be taken seriously. Lots of changes and growth to be had for the company and for team members. Culture is fun and mistakes are accepted as part of the growing process.
Cons
Always a ton going on. If you want to be relaxed at work might not be your place. My work life balance is actually pretty good. Very rarely do I work more than 45 hours a week.
