The staff is highly experienced in organizing sports games and events as well as in the maintenance and operation of sports venues.

Due to the fact that it is a governmental institution, it is very difficult to make changes, since everything depends on the laws and regulations in force. There is not much flexibility for process improvement.

The experience in Lima 2019 Panamerican games was a lifetime experience. We were capable to worked under pressure for few months, day by day.

The legacy, after the games(main events) it began to become a slower organization with more bureaucratic process.
