Pros

● The company has built a strong culture despite being fully remote. Regular bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly virtual events create opportunities for connection across teams, which helps reduce the isolation that can come with a virtual setup. While optional, these activities are effective at fostering collaboration and familiarity among coworkers. ● Leadership is accessible and generally supportive. Over my four years with the company, I’ve consistently found managers and leaders willing to step in and help problem-solve when challenges arise, which makes navigating difficult situations much easier. ● The PTO policy is one of the company’s strongest benefits. Time off is encouraged, and there are systems in place to ensure coverage when employees are away. This makes it easier to disconnect without feeling like work will fall apart in your absence.

Cons

● As with most agencies, client quality, although rare, can be inconsistent. Some clients are more demanding or misaligned, which can create periods of added stress. While leadership does its best to assess fit, there’s a necessary balance between being selective and maintaining a steady client pipeline to support the business. ● Because the company is fully remote, employees who don’t actively engage in meetings or optional events may find it harder to build relationships or feel connected, especially early on.

Pros

- The growth opportunities here are very real, and leadership truly supports career development if you’re motivated and willing to put in the work. - The people working at Lilo are amazing! I genuinely enjoy working with every single employee here. - The culture is collaborative and friendly. We’re encouraged to connect, chat, and build relationships, not just jump straight into work tasks. Even being a fully remote company, it doesn't feel isolating. - The CEO and co-founder, are very hands-on and deeply involved, which means they actually understand what’s happening day to day and can make informed decisions quickly.

Cons

- Workload can be busy during peak periods, which is expected in agencies. - The agency is growing rapidly, which is exciting. With growth comes the occasional growing pains, but leadership is proactive and quick to take action when adjustments are needed.
