Lillio Response
5yIt’s disappointing that you left HiMama feeling that it was a toxic environment. Given that these reviews can sometimes be referenced by candidates who are interested in joining HiMama, I do feel obliged to provide objective data that your experience does appear to be isolated. We collect feedback from our team on a weekly basis and from that data we have an Employee Net Promoter Score that is currently 40% higher than the benchmark average, beating benchmarks in almost every category. That said, it’s regrettable that your experience deviated from that, and it’s discouraging to hear about it.
We have had a People Operations and Human Resources leader and team for several months now, so my hope is that things have changed in your team since you left HiMama. The thing I have always been the most proud of, and continue to be the most proud of, at HiMama is our people and how wonderful they are. I know you’re no longer with us, but I am confident that the challenges you faced have since been rectified given the consistently positive feedback we receive from the team on a regular basis. I hope that you still have some fond memories of your time at HiMama and that you felt there were some areas of growth and learning during your time with us.
I sincerely hope that you have found an opportunity that is a great fit for you and where you are really happy.
