Pros

Close to the MRT and got direct busses to Orchard

Cons

- the boss is a micromanagement nightmare, will demean you if they don’t agree with your opinion - lots of talking behind your back - the bosses of the agencies side by side have a strange almost bullying manner of speaking to you. There’d been moments where I had to think ‘isn’t that sexual harassment?’ due to the nature of jokes being used - there’s a high turn over rate for a reason

Pros

Beautiful Office Wonderful Co-Workers Lovely clients with interesting projects & opportunities

Cons

The CEO micromanages and refuses to set up a system for his employees to succeed in. Within a day, projects have been delayed due to constantly being pulled into up to five 30-minute meetings and one-on-ones with him. The turnover rate is insane. Within 6 months around 8 employees were hired and 6 were fired. CEO does not follow a work back structure that his employees have access to. Projects are assigned through email without any deadline or acknowledgment of shifting priorities. When communicating deadlines that realistically cannot be met, rather than support- the CEO left passive aggressive comments. Projects have experienced massive delays when CEO loses interest in the client or project length. CEO unprofessionally handles his personal life and emotions at work while also lashing out at times to his employees and expecting us to "don't take it personally" Messages have also been seen by employees that indicate verbal abuse towards our development team overseas in China There is no HR. When you're hired full-time, you are at-will and can be fired for any reason at any time. Which often looks like day of termination. CEO has actively lied in front of clients about the company size, capability and timelines- often times overcompensating and over promising what we can do. He has also asked employees to lie on his behalf. CEO lacks the ability to provide constructive feedback followed up with support with training and time for improvement. On-boarding for full-time is often pushed off for weeks and full-time employee benefits are pushed off months.
